There is a hyperlik of jpg file(hello.jpg) in the webpage.
If I would like when the visitor double click the hyperlik of
jpg file(hello.jpg),Then a new window appear and lauch the ACDSee for the jpg file(hello.jpg).How to write the asp? Thanks
