Encoding Problem

hi all,

this is my first post, hope i got some help.
i have arabic encoding problem in ap.net.
i used windows-1256 and utf-8 with no result.
arabic text are displayed fine on browser, but when i try to save into database (sql) it saved as question marks(????).

any help would be appreciated.
