Web Statistics

Anyone know of any good programs or recommended sites, which enable you to get website statistics. Free or at cost.

I think all i need is some basic statistics that show what pages the users go to, or how far into the site they go. - If possible i'd also like the reports to be emailed to me.

Any ideas anyone?

Awstats is pretty good but requires php running on the server. I'm sure you can find something at www.hotscripts.com .
