Looking for a freelance developer to customize an easy, straight forward PhotoCrop and resize application compatible for Mac OS and PC Windows OS. The app will include image presets and must export JPEGS to a local folder on a user’s hard drive. This app will be used for a hip and sleek photo gallery membership website.

The application must be completed by September 1st to leave time to debug. Deadline is flexible.
Budget: $2000-$3500/ negotiable
Respondents must be professional, reliable, accessible during normal and evening hours, pleasant to work with, able to work under tight deadlines. Must be able to work remotely and develop with little instruction. Programmers with a passion for what they do is preferred.
In addition, I am looking for contract developers for Designing, implementing, and fixing code for existing online projects, for software design, programming, and custom applications.
Working knowledge of PHP, ASP, MySQL, Jscript, JAVA, VB.NET, C++ is preferred. Must be able to start immediately if qualified.
