How to refresh the page...

Ok wad i haf is an id dat will run in running orders... but den as a user i haf to refresh the whole page in order to make the no run n not get a duplicate of primary key error.

so wad do i haf to add to my code so as to make the id run itself rather den the user hafta refresh the page everytime he wanna add a new data?

or maybe how do i refresh the page wifout clicking on the refresh button?

for the running number. u actually can set that in ur table data field. just set the field datatype to "Autonumber"
