Excel SpreadSheet to SQL SERVER DB

Greetz All -

I've found many scripts that allow db to excel but what about those of us who get a data feed as an Excel Spreadsheet? I'd like to pull select columns from an XLS file and stick them into a SQLServer 2000 db. Any clues?
