CFM/PHP Programmer Needed

I have an upcoming project that will require a cold fusion / php programmer. I do not have all of the specifics on the project yet. I am looking for resumes to expand my resources in this area. As of right now I have one local cfm/php programmer but am looking to possibly use someone else. I will be selecting only one programmer unless their time is limited. I am open to non-US applicants.
