Has anyone heard of the Company Ipswap? I read about it somewhere and was wondering if anyone has ever used the site or heard about it? I am a programmer and the site is kind of like a rent a coder but instead of buying software on a one-to-one basis, IPswap allows you to develop applications for any software enabled device and then resell them to others that want the same application or upgrade for thier same digital device.
