Get Client IP

I am just about sure that there's a way to get a client's IP address. Just what it is.. I aint too sure...

I found one, but it's using ASP. Can anyone give me one using Javascript though?

You can try this one:

Or then there is this one, which I think is essentially the same thing:

http://wsabstract.com/script/script2/displayip.shtml

Apparently, it will normally work only in Netscape. The only cross browser way to do it is to use SSI like these scripts do...or at least that is what that second page says. It also says the page with the form needs to have .shtml as the extension? Not really sure. Good luck! :}
