I think there's a mistake with the above address :)
http://www15.brinkster.com is not a valid address.
brinkster.com is 66.70.10.242 while 66.70.10.41 belongs to a binkster member who has not yet developed a site.
Looks like brinkster.com has the network addresses in the range of: 66.70.10.*

So how can i find the ip address for that ?? In stead of writing the full address.
Any help would be great!

Ahhh, I see the problem now... actually the address of your site is 66.70.10.41 as you mentioned earlier. Unfortunately you are being bitten by a piece of IP Masquerading. It a technique sometimes by Unix type systems and also Win2K, in order to host multiple websites off one IP address.
To get direct access to your site, you will need to contact the network administrator and query him/her about it.
I'll speak about Win2K as I know about that, but the IIS server on 2K (and only 2K, XP doesn't support it) can host multiple websites off one IP address by processing the http header and then depending on the domain address redirecting the ISS engine to the correct folder on the server. I'll be doing that myself very shortly (like in the next week or so).
It's one of the many methods around the shortage of network addresses on the internet and why they are still working on IPV6 (it is supposed to use 48-64 bit TCP/IP addressing, rather than the 32 bit we're using at the moment.)
