Iis + .net

I have reinstalled my IIS server(VS was already installed) and, of course, it stopped running *.aspx files. Went to help, where I was instructed to Repair .NET, which I did -- it basically reinstalled the whole thing. Effect = 0. IIS still could not debug .net applications. I Uninstalled the entire Framework and then Installed it again, which didn't help.
So the question comes down to how do I install .NET on IIS manually?

I had the same problem when i installed the first time.
please install IIS before u install .net that was the problem..
