ASP website looking for new developer

I have an SQL database, ASP driven website that is 95% done. Problem is, my software developer is non-responsive. Its taken him a year to build what should have taken him 3 months.

I'm looking for a reasonably priced ASP developer that would like to finish the site and stay on as a consultant.

Basically its simple debugging and installing a few new items.

Estimated hours to full completion: 20 hours.
