I created an access MDE file and put it in a directory that can be accessed by myself and others. Other people received messages that said Function isn't available in expressions in query expression Trim(lname + fname) which resulted in no options in a list box. Another problem was that the subforms were blank. From my computer, I open the same MDE and I am able to see options in the same list box and the subforms display information. What could be the problem? There must be something different with our computer setup since we used the same .mde file. Thanks for any help.
